工作职责：
    根据生产情况,及时制定和调整生产计划。
    根据ISO程序改进生产质量。
    控制生产成本，特别要控制单耗。
    调整和改进生产工艺。


任职资格：
    5年以淀粉厂生产主管工作经验。
    本科学历，化工工艺、化学工程专业。

Main Responsibilities
    Manage daily production plan finished status and adjust it on time.
    Improve the production quality and respect the ISO procedure.
    Control the production cost, especially for the unit consumption of the raw material,       water, electricity, and so on.
    Modify and improve the production process.

Qualification & Requirements:
    More than 5 years’ experience in starch production. 
    Bachelor degree, major of Chemical Process, Chemical engineering or related.
