Primary Objectives
To enhance DRA all projects engineering management, also can focus one of complex project. All project engineering management especially for project definition phase management

Job Responsibilities

To manage the engineering work of one or more DRA projects, detailed contents as below

• Set up owner engineering team for project
• Organize owner engineering input (FEL etc)
• Organize owner for choosing technical option and defining project scope
• Leading project technical input and clarification for project permit
• Leading project engineering for compliance of owner and legal requirement
• Organize owner engineering review and approval
• Manage or control eng schedule, quality, and cost.

Qualifications & Attributes
• 10 years above eng experience
• Strong chemical eng process back ground, and expertise for typical process solution and process mechanization
• Overall Project engineering management experience
• Project permitting knowledge and experience both for permit process and technical Liaison
• Expertise with local codes and standard for eng
• Expertise with permitting report preparation input, deliverable and obtaining approval through experts panel review set up by the authorities.
