职位描述/要求：
该职位主要工作内容：大型分布式金融类J2EE项目开发及维护，参与设计实施各类电子支付系统。书写必要的开发技术文档，按时按质完成软件Bug修改。与美国的同事共同完成项目的设计、开发、发布、维护。需要在团队需要的状况下，承担必要的内部培训工作和Code Review。

有较强的独立思考和工作的能力。能够适应快速开发模式，同时拥有良好的自我管理意识和快速学习能力。适时的能够对软件开发过程和团队开发理念提出个人建议。热爱生活，喜好软件开发，乐于学习新技术而不卖弄技术，愿意与同事交流相互学习。为人踏实，诚恳，积极，敢于承担错误并对以前工作作出总结。需要拥有多年（大于1年）的J2EE软件开发经验，并非仅仅是经历。
技术要求：(必要)
扎实的Java基本功(熟悉java.util,thread,IO,network)
深刻认识面向对象程序设计
熟练使用PL/SQL及JDBC,最好使用过Oracle和MS SQL
熟悉Linux环境和基本Shell的编写
熟悉Servlet,JSP,拥有Struts的使用配置经验（了解Struts所有配置和各种Action及Form的使用）
理解各种J2EE提及的设计模和基本技术，至少精通其中一种(Servlet,Jsp,EJB,JMX,JMS,Web Service,Corba)
技术要求：(可选)
良好的基于Web的软件开发风格，熟悉B/S模式，熟练使用Apache, Tomcat.
熟悉对应用服务器的配置管理，JBoss，Weblogic.
熟练使用Junit和Ant
熟练的英文交流能力，包括文档书写和口语交流
职位描述(Job Descriptions)： An intermediate-level position as part of the software development team designing and developing advanced large-scale high-availability multi-tier transactional systems. Seeking qualified Java developer with knowledge of common software engineering concepts, technologies, and practices. Will be component owner for systems with large real-world customer base. Responsibilities include: • Develop or modify software based on requirement. Must utilize good design practices, documentation, and security policies. • With supervision from development team leads, develop, test, resolve defects, and document assigned application modules. Participate in design and code reviews with leads and peers. • Follow the process of an iterative software development life cycle. Including proper interactions with development, project management, quality assurance, database, and production support personnel. • Gain clear understanding of the application architecture, database design, and business domain for the assigned products. • Keeping up with new technology and extend its applicability to the product. • Perform the above duties for new implementations and maintenance of existing systems in production. 职位要求(Job Requirements)： Required Skills • 1 year working experience with Java programming in enterprise-level applications • Working knowledge in object oriented design and programming • Working experience in database programming and queries with JDBC and SQL, using databases such as Oracle, MS SQL • Experience with database driven multi-tier web application development • Experience with Linux environment and shell scripting • Ability to own component development • Ability to interface successfully with co-workers and office personnel • Ability to work effectively as part of a technical team • Creative troubleshooting and problem solving skills Desired Skills • Experience with web development environments such as Apache, Tomcat, Struts • Experience with SOAP-based web services • Experience with database reporting. • Ability to work in a fast paced & dynamic company environment • Ability to communicate technical content in both written and spoken English • Excellent time management and multi-tasking capability 联系方式：
