工作内容：
1. 整理，分析产品需求
2. 负责完成软件产品的测试，配合开发团队完成软件测试工作。
3. 根据软件设计制定测试计划，搭建测试环境，编写、执行测试用例
4. 对测试过程中的问题点进行分析、跟踪、验证、反馈；编写测试报告
5. 开发自动化测试工具并对产品实施自动化测试
6. 与海外客户合作完成产品的测试和发布
技术要求(必要)：
熟悉面向对象程序设计思想；
熟悉测试理论、测试流程以及软件开发基础知识；
熟悉数据库基本原理，熟练使用PL/SQL；
熟悉Linux环境
技术要求(可选)：
Java 应用程序开发经验，了解J2EE相关知识
自动化测试工具开发经验
熟练使用Apache, Tomcat
熟练的英文交流能力，包括文档书写和口语交流
职位描述(Job Descriptions)： This individual will be a key resource in our team, developing and testing medium to large transaction processing systems for ACS customers worldwide. Duties will include developing and writing test plans, building tools, coding of testing frameworks and development of test case scenarios for various products and customers, and the development of testing code in a multi-platform environment. Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible related technical experience, including 1 year developing large, technically complex systems and 6 months with major responsibility for developing, revising and controlling technical documentation of a complex system. Specific Requirements: Experience with Unix/Linux/Redhat systems, Windows server based Applications, jBoss and / or Weblogic Application servers. Required Skills: Knowledge of client/server and database products on multiple platforms and in a multi-user environment Previous experience working with software development resources to ensure the quality of software products by reviewing and developing unit tests and functional specifications Experience in the process of accepting formal builds, and certifying all builds for release. Experience with software quality techniques in an RDBMS (Oracle, Sybase, MS SQL Server) environment Script languages (Shell, Perl) programming. Experience in development and execution of testing harnesses. Experience with automated Testing tools in a practical application. amiliarity with both Windows and Unix Operating systems at an administrative level (minimum). Desired Skills: Automated test suite development using industry testing software Database administration including SQL programming. Ability to work in a fast paced & dynamic small company environment. Team player able to work well with both internal and external customers.
