•提供对基于Java和Windows的应用程序的软件支持
•分析，诊断并解决客户报告的软件问题
•编写UNIX和Windows脚本，用于监控及自动化
•根据客户需求制作生成相关定制报表
•安装，配置及部署相关软件发布版本
•对于系统维护和升级提供技术支持
•将发生的问题及解决方法文档化，并将文档保存到问题追踪系统中
•提供软件的维护与完善
Duties:
• Provide software support for Java and Windows based applications
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer reported software issues
• Create UNIX and Windows scripts for monitoring and automation
• Create ad hoc and customized reports according to user requirements
• Install, configure, and deploy software releases
• Provide technical assistance for system maintenance and upgrade
• Document issues and resolutions in the Issue Tracking System
• Provide software maintenance and enhancement
职位要求：
•优秀的诊断与解决问题的能力
•深入理解Java与Web应用程序
•具有JBoss或WebLogic的相关工作经验
•适应快节奏且不确定因素较多的工作内容与工作环境
•计算机科学学士学位
•在以下领域有至少两年以上工作经验：
•基于UNIX/Linux或Windows环境的工作经验
•关系型数据库的相关经验（Oracle或MS SQL Server），SQL语言的编写经验
•shell，Perl，VB script或Windows scripting方面的工作经验
具备以下经验及能力者优先考虑：
• Java，C++，C#或Visual Basic的开发经验
• PL/SQL, views, triggers或stored procedures方面的实际工作经验
• Crystal Reports或Jasper Reports方面的实际工作经验
•用英语以书写及谈话的方式进行技术问题沟通与交流的能力
Required Skills:
• Understanding of Java and Web applications
• Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
• Experience with JBoss or WebLogic
• Ability to work in fast paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences
• 2 years working experience in following areas:
• Experience working in UNIX/Linux or Windows environment
• Experience with relational database (Oracle or MS SQL Server) and SQL
• Experience with shell, Perl, VB script, or Windows scripting
Desired Skills:
• Experience with developing Java, C++, C#, or Visual Basic
• Experience with PL/SQL, views, triggers, or stored procedures
• Experience with Crystal Reports or Jasper Reports
