财务经理/Finance Manager

Location:Based in Shanghai

Reporting Line:Senior FM

Job Responsibility

1. Lead finance team&support operation directors to achieve business target of sales, pricing,credit,cost control and policy compliance;

2. Provide management report in time & accurately;

3. Develop finance talent & establish finance procedures;

4. Support IT system implementation & other ad-hoc projects.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor degree in finance/accounting with professional qualification CPA preferred (China or International) is preferred;

2. High proficiency in US & China finance policy & practice;

3. Familiar with of MNC requirement on budget management, internal control;

4. Able to work under pressure/time constraint and work independently;

5. Be aggressive with good communication and interpersonal skills;

6. Fluent Spoken English;

7. 5+ years working experience in MNC, does not prefer pure external audit experience;
