职位描述/要求：
Our Client is A well known German heavy machine plant engineering company has founded a service workshop in China with location in Shanghai Chemical Industry Park Fengxiang Sub Zone and to keep with our business expansion, we are seeking the following staff members. We will provide trainings and career development opportunities to the appropriate candidates.
 
Quality inspector
 
Responsibility:
1. Inspecting, measuring and assessing components during and after machining and preparation of relating inspection and measuring records.
2. Inspecting, measuring and assessing assembled units or subassemblies and preparation of relating inspection and measuring records during workshop assembly.
3. Analysis and recording of condition of subassemblies and component parts before repairs are made.
4. Maintenance and care of entrusted inspection and measuring equipment.
5. Supervision and organization of examinations of entrusted inspection and measuring equipment.
6. Performing occasional inspections on components in subcontractor workshops allover China , eventually also abroad.
 
Requirements:
1. Command of oral and written English.
2. Several years of experience in the field of quality assurance in an industrial operation in the field of mechanical engineering, heavy-machinery or plant design and construction.
3. Advanced-level training as technician or mechanical engineer.
4. Complete ability to read fabrication and assembly drawings.
5. Complete ability to use inside and outside micrometer calibers in the measuring range up to 2,000mm and with a measuring accuracy of 1/ 100mm .
6. Complete ability to use inspection and measuring equipment for assessing surfaces, hardness, metallic and non-metallic layers and geometries.
7. Good knowledge to perform qualified materials non-destructive testing.
8. Good command of welding, welding technology and welding analysis.
9. Completed professional training as mechanical fitter or mechanic.
10. Quick grasp and ability to communicate and cooperate with the various specialist departments.
11. High motivation and willingness to improve own skills.
12. Important: Strong and communicative character to ensure quality also in difficult situations with the suppliers.
13. Ready to travel (also abroad).
14. Honest, responsible.
