Our client is a world leader in the design and manufacture of pumping solutions. It specialises in providing a range of Pump Technologies and have expertise in Hydraulic Design and Engineering across power, water and oil industries. As it is developing very fast in China, it’s recruiting the following position.
Quality Manager
Requirements:
1. Complete familiarity with ASME, API, ASTM, ISO 9000 specifications.
2. Strong quality assurance management experience.
3. Strong preference for individual with manufacturing/operational background.
4. Familiar with different materials and non-destructive examination.
5. Knowledge of castings, welding, machining and assembly.
6. Background in quality control and calibration.
7. Development and administration departmental budgets.
8. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
9. Experience in pump and hydraulics preferred.
10. Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the quality assurance activities of the Company.
2. Provide leadership, guidance and resources to develop and maintain a quality management system in compliance with ISO 9001/API standards and government regulations.
3. Consult with and advise engineering during preliminary design stages to assure compliance with company and customer specifications and standards.
4. Develop unique or special inspection techniques and equipment applications.
5. Responsible for the overall planning of departmental operations and cost controls.
6. Develop the Quality Assurance and Quality Control staff for promotable opportunities.
7. Implementation of ISO QA program to the satellite operations.
