
职位描述/要求:
Responsibilities:
- Operator, visitor management;
- Mail handling: receiving, notification, distribution and record filling;
- Update the office contact list;
- Book the air-tickets, reclaim the boarding pass;
- Drinking water booking and manage the lunch card;
- Purchase the stationery, keep the record, and make the monthly purchasing plan;
- Maintain the public equipments, such as projector, digital camera, conference telephone, and make the record;
- Arrange the meeting room, provide the preparation need;
- Contact with the printing suppliers, manage the printing of business presswork, such as business card, brochure, etc;
- Work out the monthly bills of postage, air-ticket, business card, stationery.
- Draft out administrative documents, keep and pigeonhole the department documents.
- Assist in organizing activities; accomplish other tasks as to the department manager's required.
- 负责接听总机电话及接待来访客人。
- 负责收发传真文件、邮件、报刊。
- 负责编制及更新员工通讯录。
- 负责预订员工的机票,回收并整理登机牌。
- 负责预订及管理办公室饮用水及员工午餐卡。
- 负责采购办公用品及管理库房,做好出入库记录,每月底根据库存情况编制月度采购计划。
- 负责保管公司物品,包括投影仪、数码相机、会议电话,做好借用记录。
- 负责管理会议室,为员工会议提供相关帮助。
- 负责联系印刷单位,定期印制员工名片及其他印刷品。
- 负责统计邮费,机票费,采购费等,并根据财务要求制定账目明细。
- 负责起草行政文件,并保管和定期归档部门文件资料。
- 协助组织公司活动,完成部门经理交代的其他工作。
Requirements:
- College degree, major in sereatary or hospitality management.
- Have the training experiences of document-writing, file-keeping, business etiquette.
- Scrupulous and sociable behavior, good personality, strong sense of responsibility, team-spirit, highly confidential consciousness, good time management and distinguish the importance.
- Fluent English on listening, speaking, reading and writing, especial the English verbal communication.
- Good writing skill, the ability of drafting business documents, meeting minutes, etc.
- Good skills on working facilities, including computer, copier, printer, fax machine, scanner, general knowledge of maintenance.
- Quick speed in typing, also have good MS skill.
- Good appearance, standard mandarin.
- Both Chinese & English CV are necessary, recent photo is plus.
- Shanghai Hukou is a plus.
- Working experience within hotel industry is highly preferredl.
- 大专以上学历,文秘及相关专业。
- 受过文书写作、档案管理、商务礼仪等方面的培训。
- 工作细致认真,善于交流,性格好,责任心强,具有团队精神,保密意识强,有效的时间管理及轻重缓急处理办公事务。
- 具备良好的英文听说读写能力,特别是英语交流能力。
- 有良好的文字表达能力,能起草基本的商务公文、会议纪要、行政文案。
- 熟练使用电脑、复印机、打印机、传真机、扫描仪等基本办公设备,具备一定的维修常识。
- 打字速度较快,熟练使用 MS 等办公软件。
- 相貌端庄,仪态大方,普通话标准。
- 中英文简历,并附个人近照。
- 有酒店工作经验者优先考虑。
