职位描述/要求:

职责:

1. Liaise with investigator sites to notify of alert values, critical values, data clarifications and data revision requests.

2. Act as primary contact for clinical investigator sites. Resolve issues for study coordinators concerning any aspect of the laboratory services in a timely manner.

3. Facilitate the flow of information between investigator site and Project Management.

4. Liaise with support services in order to facilitate the laboratory sampling process.

Ensure that Project Management is made aware of any information that may influence the smooth running of a particular project.

要求:

2. Good written and verbal communication skills

3. Good word processing skills

4.Good organizational skills

5.Skill in using the answer call distribution (ACD) system

6.Attention to detail

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

8. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworks, managers and clients

9. High school diploma or educational equivalent and 1 year customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

10. Extensive use of telephone and face-to-face communication requiring accurate perception of speech

11.Extensive use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingers

12. Regular sitting for extended periods of time

13. Occasional travel
