R&R：

· Ensure the quality of the manufacturing of products on a day–to–day basis

· Develop shop floor work instructions & optimize existing processes

· Perform studies and equipment recommendations

· Provides guidance or leads tool designs. Ensures the use of material,　equipment and personnel in producing quality products most effectively.

· Perform time study and line balancing

· implement lean mfg, lead productivity action

· develop, standardize the working method

Requirements:

· Knowledge of SPC, soldering processes, plastic welding processes　and through-hole　assembly

· At least 5 yrs. related working experiences.
