职位描述/要求：
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Tower Subcontracting Quality Supervision and NDT Inspections
- Subcontractor & Raw Materials Evaluation and Certification - Tower field Inspection
- Product Approval for serial production in suppliers previously selected - Evaluation and resolution of Non-conformities - Assure high quality of production in coordination with the purchasing department in terms of cost and delivery time required by the company - Perform periodic inspections in suppliers to guarantee the quality of the goods - Working Tools: laser measurement equipment, ultrasonic equipment, paint thickness measuring machine, color and brightness measurement equip REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering - Specific NDT education is required. Active NDT qualification (as per ASTM) as a level II-III inspector is required. Non Destructive techniques required for the candidate are: Visual, Liquid Penetrant, Magnetic Particle and Ultrasonic Inspection (Ultrasonic mandatory). - Basic rolled iron and steel metallurgy knowledge is also required - Good command in English is needed: conversation, reading and writing - Good command in PC tools - Good knowledge of ISO 9000:2000 or similar Quality Systems, and ASME Code - Submerged Arc Welding Processes - Additional Education such training courses in Quality and Purchasing will be an asset. - Availability for travelling - At least 3 years experience as an NDT inspector - Experience in submerged arc welding processes - The candidate shall have experience in Tower manufacturing companies, or similar (ship building, nuclear) - Experience on ASME code for NDE or on European Quality Standards 联系方式：
