职位描述/要求:
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinates technical liaison services to inform customer managerial contact of new types, specification and end users of products.
2. Coordinates technical liaison services between management, production department and sales department with newly developed techniques or practices in processing company products.
3. Confers with production department managers to assist in specific classification of products from quality assurance position, report on new product or process technology of competitors and to discuss new specifications required by customers.
4. Manages investigation, treatment and follow-up of customer complaints regarding quality, tolerances, specification and delivered condition of products.
5. Defines the limit for which company is responsible as guidance for negotiating settlement of claims.
6. Develops department budget on basis of estimated costs submitted by engineers.
 
Requirements:
1. Graduate in Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science or related discipline
2. Minimum five years’ experience in technical service field.
3. Analytical, with good judgment, business sense and problem solving skills
4. Be able to communicate with written and oral English.
5. Competent user of computer, familiar with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
