职位描述/要求：
Responsibilities:
1.对现有客户进行技术支持、沟通，及时解决客户使用公司产品中出现的问题，与客户的技术人员保持良好的人际关系/ Can maintain the current client through communication and trial with the key technical engineer of client, and can solve problem of client quickly
2.配合销售人员对潜在客户进行现场的实验、支持，让客户接受公司产品的性能及品质，并且同时做到成本与性能的最佳优化/ Can cooperate with the salesman to do trial and support on site, and can persuade client on the result of trial, also can optimize the formulation of product to be quality/cost effective
3.编写实验报告及对客户的技术支持方案/ Compile report or proposal to client
4.根据所负责地区的实际情况，进行研究性的试验，为进一步的业务拓展做前期的准备工作/ Prepare trial data through trial for the further business in the certain area according to the actual situation
5.与相关的检测机构、协会的主要技术人员进行联络、沟通，扩大公司产品品质的影响/ Keep good communication with the key persons of the test unit and association
6.定期向主管人员进行汇报/ Report to his/her supervisor regularly
Requirements:
1.大专以上学历，混凝土、建材、工民建等相关专业/College degree and above, Concrete, Building material, Construction specialty is preferred
2.至少三年以上大型混凝土搅拌站、建筑集团中心试验室相关工作经验/ 3 years experience in big RMC stations or test center of construction group
3.工作积极主动,能独挡一面，分析问题的能力强/Pro-active, can work efficiently by him/herself, good analysis
4.有良好的业内人际关系和与人沟通的技巧、亲和力/ Good at intercommunication
5.具有已证明的工作业绩/ Proven job reference
6.具有团队合作精神/ Teamwork spirit
7.有电脑基本应用技能/ computer skill is needed
8.有英语基础,能看、读懂英语来往业务信件和英语专业文献者优先/ English skill is preferred
9.有驾驶执照者优先考虑/ Drive license is preferred
