职位描述/要求：
Responsiblities:
1.To coordinate all laboratory work with core competence in Polymer technology 2.To develop new product that complied with International and Local Chinese GB Std a)To maintain the R&D schedule given and meet project deadline. b)Upgrade formulation and ensure quick availability to market. c)Maintain cost optimized formulation. d)To safe keep product formulations / information. 3.Ensure that all statutory documents, such as MSDS are prepared for all new products. 4.Ensure laboratory manuals are up-to-date including PCP, PMP, TM's etc 5.Represent the Company and its interests on various Construction Industry Associations, Chinese Standards Committees, etc. if needed Requirements:
1.Minimum PhD Degree in Polymer Chemistry or Material Science or equivalent
2.Fresh to 1 years experience in similar position in Research and Development into Polymer technology 3.Good knowledge and experience in Polymerisation is preferred. 4.Analytical, with good judgment, business sense and problem solving skills 5.Be able to communicate with written and oral Chinese and English 6.Competent user of computer, familiar with Word, Excel and PowerPoint 联系方式：
