Responsibilities:
1.To achieve sales target in the assigned territory
2.To conduct sales and marketing activities
3.To provide after sales service to customers efficiently
4.To handle customer complaints with proficiency
5.To build customer relationship and improve customer satisfaction
6.Cooperate Dealer or Applicator for project Tender job, and participate in market expansion
7.Well understand & analysis competitors in the market, advise the direct manage & company sales & marketing strategy in different period.
8.Cooperate with Dealer and Applicator very well, provide technical advise and support
9.Do market research and analysis regularly
10.Help Dealer and Applicator to understand Sika products
11.Visit client with Dealers to win project successfully

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in construction, civil engineering, or other related discipline
2.Minimum 3 years sales & marketing experience in the similar industry
3.Familiar with local construction market essential.
4.To be organized, calm, quick response, active, industrious, patient and professional.
5.Good communication skill
6.Very well self-management
7.Find out the potential customer and project
8.Work under pressure and able to travel extensively
