Responsibilities:
1.Support the Technical Manager in the daily management of new Grinding Aid Lab.
2.Competent with Cement production equipments
3.Initiate and support our customer with on-site Total Cost Optimization solutions.
4.Evaluates Grinding aid Admixture Products range, introducing, field-testing, expanding and adapting Grinding Aid Ad-mixture Products to local cement and other raw materials.
5.Close liaison with National Concrete Technical, provides Marketing/Sales training as needed.

Requirements:
1.Graduate in Engineering, In-organic Chemistry or related discipline
2.Minimum 3 years experience in technical service in the Cement industry.
3.Prefer with proven on-site GA application experience in local cement industry
4.Analytical, with good judgment, business sense and problem solving skills
5.Be able to communicate with written and oral Chinese and English
6.Competent user of computer, famil-iar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
