Responsibilities
1.Effective and efficient management of Polymer Lab in Technology Centre.
2.To develop new product that complied with International and Local Chinese GB Std
 a)To maintain the R&D schedule given and meet project deadline.
 b)Upgrade formulation and ensure quick availability to market.
 c)Maintain cost optimized formulation.
 d)To safe keep product formulations / information.
3.Competent with Polymerization and Analytical Lab techniques
4.Scouting of Polymer Technology with strong innovative IP background
5.Represent the Company and its interests on various Polymer Industry Associations, Chinese Standards Committees, etc. if needed

Requirements
1.Minimum PhD in Organic Chemistry or related discipline
2.Minimum 5years experience in R&D polymerization function
3.Prefer with proven experience in PCE synthesis and uses in Concrete.
4.Prefer with good track record in local Polymer or Concrete association
5.Analytical, with good judgment, business sense and problem solving skills
6.Be able to communicate with written and oral Chinese and English
7.Competent user of computer, familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
