职位描述/要求:
Responsibilities:
1.工作地点分别在:上海 北京 2.Support to manage technical service team providing day to day technical support to Sales Team and its customers;
3.Support and assist Sales Managers in implementation of the "Focused Growth" Business; 4.Professionally handles customer complaints, provides regular feedback to company on performance of Sika products and provide feasible recommendation in order to meet customer expectation; 5.Close liaison with National Concrete Technical Center for providing regular training to the Sales Team; 6.Together with Laboratory personnel to evaluate products range, introducing, field-testing, expanding and adapting products to local marketing; 7.Providing Total Cost Optimization (TCO) solution to our customers to obtain the greatest profit. Requirements: 1.Bachelor degree or above,major in Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science or related discipline 2.Minimum five years experience of technical service experience 3.Excellent communication skills 4.Highly target oriented skills.Highly customer oriented skills. 5.Wiling to take challenge. 6.Be able to work under high pressure. 7.Good planning and organization skills. 8.Aggressive. 9.Open-minded. 10.Be able to communicate with written and oral English. 11.Be familiar with MS Office 联系方式:
