职位描述/要求：
Responsibilities:
1.To coordinate all laboratory work with core competence in Cement technology
2.To develop new product that complied with International and Local Chinese GB Std
3.To maintain the R&D schedule given and meet project deadline.
a) Upgrade formulation and ensure quick availability to market.
b) Maintain cost optimized formulation.
c) To safe keep product formulations / information.
d) Ensure that all statutory documents, such as MSDS are prepared for all new products.
4.Ensure laboratory manuals are up-to-date including PCP, PMP, TM's etc 5,Represent the Company and its interests on various Construction Industry Associations, Chinese Standards Committees, etc.Requirements:
1.Minimum Bachelor Degree in Cement Chemistry or Material Science or equivalent
2.Minimum 3 years experience in similar position in Research and Development into Cement/Mortar technology
