职位描述/要求：
Job Responsibilities
1. Identify and maintain sales leads and develops a list of prospects in territory
2. Develop sales plans for territory
3. Make presentations to key decisions makers at prospective companies
4. Manage entire sales cycle from identification through to close, including presentations, requests for proposal responses, contract negotiations and transition to the account management and client services team
5. Maintain contact information and sales data on company relationship management database
6. Provide weekly and monthly reporting to direct supervisor
7. Participate in training as required
8. Support as necessary the account managers and client services team to retain and grow clients
Qualification:
1. College or Bachelor degree, major in engineering
2. At least 1 year of sales experience in industry/construction field
3. Building material working experience will be priority
4. Basic knowledge in English Good communication skill联系方式：
