职位描述/要求：
工作地点：沈阳
Responsibilities:
1. 按照公司的政策及目标来行动，实现既定的销售额、利润额及回款工作
Achieve sales budget,C2 and collections that were decided by the management according to the company objective and
policies.
2.开发新客户，建立销售渠道
Develop new client and sales net.
3.对于重要项目，必要时直接跟进
Provide sales support and directly track important key accounts.
4.收集市场信息，调查客户需求，适时推广公司高端产品
Collect information of market,know about the need of customer,and recommend the new product.
5.及时把业务进展情况以书面形式进行汇报
Report business progress by paper timely.
Requirements:
1.专科学历以上
Diploma degree or above
2.建材，工民建或相关专业毕业
Construction, building materials,industrial and commercial construction or other related specialties
3.具有建筑行业工作经验，独立工作能力强
Experiences in construction area are necessary,can work well by himself/herself
4.具有相关的销售或技术经验至少3年，具有重点工程实际操作经验者将优先考虑
At least 3-4 years' relevant experience.
