Basic Requirements:
专科或以上，理工科背景
Junior College or above, background of science and technology
相应行业工作经验
Working Experience:
汽车零件或电子相关行业,3年以上工作经验
Automotive or electronic industry relative industries, 3 years or above work experience
技能和专业培训
Skill & Specialty Training:
1. 熟悉质量控制，了解SPC技术及QC七大工具
familiar with quality control, understand SPC technology and 7 main tools of QC
2. 熟练使用相关的测量仪器或工具
master relative measuring devices or tools
3. 熟悉APQP、FMEA、PPAP的的要求和运作
familiar with APQP, FMEA and PPAP requirements and operation
4. 了解ISO/TS16949质量体系要求
understand ISO/TS16949 quality system
5. 英文听，写能力良好，熟练使用电脑办公软件
nice listening and writing ability of English, master MS office software
工作职责权限
Job Responsibility & Authority:
1. 参与新项目的转移，解决转移过程中的质量问题，制定控制计划，收集和提交PPAP资料等。
take part in new project transfer, resolve the quality issue, prepare control plan, collect and submit PPAP file to customer.
2. 负责质量部门日常的质量检验和控制（来料，过程，出厂检验）工作
take charge of daily examination and control of quality BU (stock, process, leaving factory examination)
3. 制定检验计划，检验标准；质量事故原因分析，处理；过程的统计分析SPC。
Make up examination plans and standards; analysis and handling of reasons for quality incidents; analysis SPC of statistics of procedure
4. 对检验员所需相关产品和岗位知识的培训
training of relative products and knowledge for examiners
5. 处理所负责项目的客户抱怨，及时完成5WHY、8D报告的编写跟踪及监督执行工作
deal with complaints of customers of projects in charge of, the compilation and tracing as well as supervision of implementation of 5WHY and 8D reports should be finished in time
6. 按时完成质量报告和数据统计，确保数据的准确性，并及时通知相关部门
quality reports and data statistics should be finished in time to ensure the accuracy of data, corresponding BU should be noticed in time
7. 协助部门经理开展质量管理工作
assist BU managers with quality management
