Position:                                   Product Quality Engineer

Report to:                                    Quality Manager

Location:                                   Shanghai

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Ÿ           Participate customized project quotation and product design

Ÿ           Participate into NPI(new project introduction) team, define the in-process quality control requirement and final test requirement for every new project

Ÿ           Coordinate production & customer claimed relate quality issue resolution, and drive the corrective action and preventive action plan

Ÿ           Drive continuously improvement activity in product realization process to help operation team to reduce the lead time and improve the production efficiency

Ÿ           Conduct the NPI readiness assessment before turn on the production

Ÿ           Support Quality System establish and maintenance

Ÿ           Product and Production quality summary and report

 

EDUCATION KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

 

Ÿ         Holds a bachelor degree in electrical engineering, converter or automation system

Ÿ         5 years working experience in transformer, motor, Converter, switch cabinet or similar industry with strong background in electrical and system integration

Ÿ         Strong interpersonal skill, able to handle different kinds of supplier and internal customer

Ÿ         Good English communication skill and computer skill

Ÿ         Self motivated
