职位描述/要求：
The candidate will be responsible for Optical module device driver development for a next generation DWDM telecom product. This position requires 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Primary Responsibilities
· Design, development and integration of Device Driver software for Optical Modules on Motorola Power-PC based processor architectures
· Work closely with hardware groups to develop hardware/software interface design
Skills
· Strong C/C++ experience
· Strong experience in software development with real-time kernels like pSOS/VxWorks/OSE
· Experience in working Motorola processors like MPC850, MPC860 or MPC 8260
· Experience in developing device drivers for chipsets supporting OC48, OC192 or Gigabit Ethernet Line Cards
· Knowledge of SONET overhead processing and Synchronization protocols
· Knowledge of standards like GR-253, GR-1093, ITU G.709 and Ethernet Layer 2/3 protocols
· Familiarity with Fault processing and Performance monitoring on carrier grade Optical Transport/Switching Equipment
· Experience in using tools like Emulators, Logic Analyzers, Optical Spectrum analyzers etc.
· Team player, a positive attitude and a willingness to succeed
· Proactive and self-motivated
Education
· BS or MS in EE/CS or equivalent experience 联系方式：
