
职位描述/要求:
Summary: the incumbent plays a role of liaison between the company and systems providers in the areas of project feasibility report, system development & application, and provides system-level support to internal staff with regard to system application, maintenance, and problems solving.
Job Responsibilities
- Liaises extensively with external or internal clients
- Assists to produce project feasibility reports
- Translates the Company’s requirements into highly specified project briefs
- Identifies options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability
- Draws up specific proposals for modified or replacement systems
- Works closely with developers and a variety of internal end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
- Ensures that budgets are adhered to and deadlines met
- Oversees the implementation of the systems and works with the end-users to ensure that all system or process related problems are resolved to an agreed standard
- Works as a team member with other technical staff, such as networking to ensure connectivity and compatibility between systems
- Conducts technical research on system upgrades to determine feasibility, cost, time required, and compatibility with current system
- Maintains confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network
- Writes and maintains system documentation
Job Requirements
- A degree holder in information system, computer or related
- Able to do query program using SQL language, JAVA, ASP etc…
- 2~3 yrs of programming and/or system analysis experience
- Knowledge of general business and /or projects requirements
- Ability to determine the nature of computer hardware and systems software problems, and to communicate technical guidance and information to users
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Previous software program or application experience in finance related industry and/or knowledge of finance system are highly valued

- 系统修改或是备选方案的计划书的起草
- 与开发商和内部终端用户密切合作以确保技术上的兼容性和用户满意度
- 在预算内按时完成项目
- 监督系统执行情况,并且与终端用户密切合作确保所有的系统或程序相关的问题得以适度的解决
- 与其他相关技术人员合作, 确保各不同系统间的接口和兼容
- 对系统更新进行技术研究,以帮助确定项目的可行性、花费、所需时间,以及与目前系统的兼容性;
- 保证信息的机密性包括目前正在处理、储存的或是进入系统的信息
- 记录和维护系统文件
岗位要求
- 具有信息系统,计算机或相关专业文凭
- 能够用SQL语言,JAVA, ASP等工具编程
- 2-3年编程和/或系统分析经验
- 了解总的商业运营和/或是项目开发/管理的要求
- 有能力判断计算机硬件和系统软件问题的性质,并且能够与用户就技术问题进行有效沟通
- 良好的英文和中文沟通技巧
- 具有在金融或相关行业方面软件编程经验和/或是金融系统方面的知识优先考虑
