Summary: the incumbent is responsible for loan operation and administration in retail finance area.

Job Responsibilities

• Following up audited finance and management accounts of individual customers and prepare relative finance spreadsheet for management review
• Preparing periodic reports to management and local authorities before deadlines and assist in preparing data, statistics and other information for ad hoc projects as requested from time to time
• Following up customers to provide necessary documentations and making sure they are fully complied with the Company’s standard
• Executing the loan commitment and loan in the system
• Maintaining and updating the information in the system

Job Requirements

• University undergraduate with a major in Finance related field preferred
• General knowledge in Credit, Trade Service and Customer Account
• Good sense of customer service with good presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skill & communication skills and can work under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
• Strong computer literacy
