职位描述/要求:
Job Responsibilities
- Identifying high-value business opportunities and help to develop annual unit sales plans according to overall business objectives
- Developing sales strategy and action plan to fulfill the assigned sales objectives
- Providing constructive recommendation to the company regarding to the firm’s finance products, sales channels, and others
- Proactively contacting customers on important matters and events, and delivering financial training to meet customer employees needs
- Visiting dealers on a regular basis to promote sales activities
- Collecting customer & sales information and providing timely feedback to the company
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above from a reputable university with a major in business administration, finance, auto, or marketing/sales
- 5+ years significant sales experience in the financial or auto industry
- Self motivated with strong willingness to work under pressure and uncertainty
- Excellent communication, presentation, convincing and team work skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
- Strong computer literacy
- Suitable for frequent business trip
主要职责:
- 制定部门年度营销计划,并负责组织实施
- 根据公司业务发展状况,对公司的营销渠道提出建议,完善营销组织结构
- 通过系统全面的销售分析,为经销商提供销售与服务方面的建议和支持
- 定期地对销售进度进行书面总结报告,确保目标的达成
- 定期拜访经销商客户,为客户提供相关金融产品培训
- 整理客户和销售信息,并及时向公司销售及市场部反映
岗位要求:
- 商业管理、市场营销、汽车或金融相关专业品牌大学本科或以上学历
- 5年以上金融行业或汽车行业工作经验
- 自我激励的, 能够承受工作的压力
- 优秀的沟通,表达,说服及团队合作能力
- 中英文书面及口语流利
- 良好的电脑操作能力
- 适应频繁出差
