Job Responsibilities

- Evaluating and understanding the risks associated with company transactions, products and borrowers
- Undertaking financial analysis of auto dealers and evaluating the facility structure and any corresponding security arrangements
- Maintaining high standards of risk control and stipulating relevant risk polices
- Assisting in monitoring credit quality by highlighting early warning signs of credit deterioration and ensuring early rectification of any security deficiencies
- Jointly working with Operation Department, Sales and Marketing Department and other business/support functions in the course of risk control

Qualifications

- University degree or above with solid relevant business/finance/Accounting/Engineering training; MBA or overseas education considered as a plus
- Minimum 3 years of solid credit analysis experience with banks, financial institutions, 　multinational or large local corporations
- In-depth credit appraisal and financial analysis skills; good research abilities
- Good understanding of the economic, political and business environment of PRC
- Good knowledge of China auto sector and the market
- Good communication skills & excellent teamwork spirit; Independent with strong negotiation skills
- Good learning attitude/capacity, willing to work hard and under pressure, and keen to grow
- Excellent English
- Good PC skills with an analytical mind.

- 评估并掌握与公司业务、产品和借款人相关的风险
- 对汽车经销商进行财务分析并评估信贷结构和相应的抵押物
- 保证严格的风险控制并制定相关的风险政策
- 通过信贷质量恶化的早期预警机制，协助监督信贷质量，并确保纠正抵押不足之处
- 与运营部门、市场营销部门和其他业务/支持部门共同进行风险控制

岗位要求

- 大学本科以上学历，获得过运营/金融/财务/金融工程相关的培训， 有MBA或是有海外留学经历将被优先考虑
- 至少有三年在银行、金融机构、跨国企业或是大型地方企业从事信贷分析的工作经验
- 深入的信贷评估、财务分析技巧和卓越的调研能力
- 深入了解中国经济、政治和业务氛围
- 深入掌握中国汽车业和汽车市场
- 优秀的沟通技巧和团队合作精神
- 优秀的学习态度/能力，愿意在压力下努力工作，并积极提高自我
- 优秀的英语书面和口头表达能力
- 熟练的电脑技巧，并具分析意识
