Summary: The incumbent is responsible for credit administration, risk control and customer service in wholesale auto finance field

Job Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to dealers including vehicles stock management, interest analysis and stock ageing analysis as well as loan maintenance and daily settlement
• Liaise with Finance manager of dealers and help them understand wholesale products and service deep 
• Organize field stock audits and review the audits
• Maintain and update documentation to ensure internal compliance
• Lead junior credit officer to improve working efficiency and update operation guide and task manual
• Developed collection plan and potential loss report where credit risk occurs
• Build and develop monthly data reports on wholesale operation
• Develop training materials and provide wholesale business training both internally and externally

Job Requirements

• University undergraduate with a major in Finance related field preferred
• General knowledge in Credit, Trade Service and Customer Account
• Good sense of customer service with good presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skill & communication skills and can work under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
• Strong computer literacy,
• Advanced Excel and VBA skills is a plus

• 在发生信贷风险时，制定催收计划并起草潜在风险报告
• 制作库存业务月度信息报告
• 制作培训资料，并提供对内和对外的库存业务培训

岗位要求：

• 大学本科毕业，金融业相关专业优先考虑
• 具有信贷、贸易服务和客户服务的知识；
• 具有客户服务意识，有优秀的表达技巧
• 优秀的人际交往能力和沟通技巧，能在压力下工作
• 中英文流利（书面和口头）
• 优秀的电脑技巧
• 优秀的EXCEL和VBA技巧将优先考虑
