Job Responsibilities

• Leads the team members to performs accounting reconciliation for floor plan, retail finance and other related finance departments
• Reviews accounting report and management report for both internal and external use while meeting company’s requirement 
• Checks and confirms the completeness of documents for loan disbursement
• Performs loan settlement/payment
• Prepares application to finance department for funding of loan disbursement

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above with a major in accounting, finance or related
• Over 8 years domestic working experience in accounting, retail finance or floor plan operation
• Over 2 years management skills by demonstrating good leadership
• Knowledge and experience in auditing and finance industry are preferred
• Good understanding of retail finance or floor plan operation functions, systems, and procedures
• Excellent interpersonal & team work skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects to meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Strong skills in SAP and Microsoft office suite
• The less qualified candidate will be considered as lower level position

岗位要求

• 会计、财务或相关专业本科以上学历
• 8年以上国内财务、零售金融或库存金融工作经验
• 2年以上管理经验，良好的领导能力
• 熟悉零售金融、库存金融的功能、系统及流程的人员优先考虑
• 优秀的人际交往技能和团队合作能力
• 多任务处理能力
• 流畅的中英文沟通能力（包括口语和书面）
• 熟练应用SAP财务软件和办公软件
• 经验不足者将考虑低一级的职位
