工作职责

• 主要负责编写并执行测试用例，调试测试错误及进行随机测试；
  
• 微软测试项目负责人会根据项目需要委派明确的工作任务；
  
• 测试工程师作为项目组的成员之一，需要以专业的测试技能和高质量的测试结果及时完成工作任务。

职位要求：

• 熟悉GB18030标准或产品本地化经验;
  
• 优秀的英语交流能力(英语6级以上水平者优先);
  
• 具备优良的建立服务器及安装应用软件的能力;
  
• 至少2年以上软件测试的工作经验并对测试具有热情；
  
• 有很强的分析、设计、调试、测试技术；
  
• 擅长C/C++/C#者优先考虑；
  
• 分析问题和实际动手能力强，领悟力及学习能力强,善于和同事沟通，具有良好的团队合作精神；
  
• 大学本科以上学历，计算机及相关专业1年以上工作经验。

Work Description:

• STE will be mainly responsible for designing test cases,excuting test, debugging test failure and running ad hoc tests.
  
• He/she will be given specific tasks by Microsoft Test Lead depending on the needs of the project assigned.
  
• He/she is expected to be a team player with high professionalism and complete the tasks on time with highest quality results.

Qualifications:

• Familiar with GB18030 standard or product localization process is a big plus.
  
• Very good English communication skills (CET-6 preferred).
  
• Very capable of setting up servers and installing applications.
  
• Self-driven and quick learner.
  
• A minimum of 2 years testing experience. Understanding and strong interest in software testing are desired
  
• Strong analytical, design, debugging and testing skills
  
• Strong coding skills in C/C++ or C# is preferred
  
• Knowledge of search and data mining technologies is preferred
  
• Being self-motivated and detail-oriented is highly desired
  
• A BS in Computer Science or related discipline is required.
