1) University undergraduate in Computer Science / Information Technology or above
2) At least 2 year .NET programming working experience in IT industry
3) Good knowledge of the basic 3-tier C/S, B/S application development
4) Technically competent in VB and .NET (especially in VB.NET, C# will be a plus)
5) Good knowledge and experience of DAO, ADO, ADO.NET and ASP.NET
6) .NET development experience is a MUST
7) Be familiar with relational database such as SQL Server and Oracle, know the development of triggers, store procedures and so on
8) Good at XML concepts and related development skills.
9) MS SharePoint application development experience is preferred.
10) Familiar with Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services SDK and Webpart.
11) Experiences of Microsoft enterprise solutions such as AD, Exchange, InfoPath, BizTalk, SMS etc. are preferred
12) Strong interpersonal, problem solving, analytical and communication skill
13) Working knowledge on telecom/manufacture/finance/ transportation/utility/health/education domain is preferred
14) Good written and verbal communications skills in English is preferred
15) Domestic and international travel is required
