The role of IT Pro WR Support Engineer (CS Position) is to provide and facilitate the delivery of responsive and reliable technical solutions and information to worldwide IT Professionals through web-based electronic support.

 

Requirements and Skills
-Enthusiasm for and experience with Microsoft products, and passion for Microsoft technologies.
-Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience.
-MCSE/MCSD/MCDBA Certification is a prerequisite.
-In depth knowledge of Win32 programming and C++ is required.
-2+ years working experience and skills of building Microsoft .NET based solutions, including IIS/ASP.NET and SQL Server.
-In depth knowledge of Vistual Studio .NET tools and asp.net is required.
-Good Communication skill. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
-Excellent demonstrated customer service skills.
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
-Demonstrate industry programming experience in C++ and .NET programming.
-Familiar with database is a plus.
