职位描述/要求：
Accountabilities
ü Maintenance of Microsoft server 2003, performance monitoring
ü ERP system management and ERP user support
ü Support software installation, network and application management
ü Develop Crystal report according to business requirement
ü Coordinate with regional IT center for problem solving
ü Work with other colleagues to ensure IT project implementation successfully
Qualifications/experience required
ü University degree or above, majored in computer science
ü Basic understanding of business process in ERP system
ü At least four years working experience in IT field, at least two years ERP system management experience
ü Expert in Microsoft windows system and network management
ü Expert in Microsoft SQL server management and basic program
ü Expert in Crystal report development
ü Outstanding internal customer service and communication skills
