职位描述/要求:
The Client: A leading European Forwarding company with fast growing The Job: · Win new and additional business with global key account to achieve targeted sales growth at a rate and profit margin consistent with group targets · Build up / improve customer relationship on a regional basis together with assigned stakeholders in the different countries · Secure existing the company business by assuring the company reliability and increasing customer satisfaction · Project responsibility and coordination for dedicated projects (e.g. new traffic lanes, logistics projects, etc.) for all phases of the project (marketing, proposal-phase, contract negotiations, project initiation and development, implementation & post-implementation) on a regional level · Build up a strong business relationship on customer executive level and create awareness of the company within the customers organization and vice versa · Build up industry knowledge and create awareness for the account and the customers industry within the the company by proper communication with relevant positions · Assure that the Global Key Account Manager is the focal point for escalations, problem solving · Sounding membership for teams for future product development and customer driven IT solutions. · Additional tasks: especially related to assigned customer / Global Account on regional level · CRM (Customer Relationship Management) utilization
The Person: · Higher educational level (business administration, economics, logistics) · Working experience (minimum 5 years) · Forwarding experience (minimum 3 years) · Management experience (minimum 2 years) · Marketing & Sales experience in Int’l forwarding company (minimum 3 years), operational expertise is value added · Excellent communication (verbal, written, listening and presentation) skills required · Analytical and processes skills (creativity/flexibility/strategic thinking · Strong network and relationship building capabilities · Must be able to sell and close a sale by effectively negotiating with decision makers to maintain and expand business opportunities · Must be able to read, interpret, and analyze document, contracts and procedures in a timely manner · International mindset · Fluent in English and preferably with Chinese language ability 联系方式:
