The Job: l Assist Senior Manager of Human Resources to manage compensation & benefits, staff relations and performance management related issues l Establish and monitor objectives, action plan and monitoring program for compensation & benefits, staff relations and performance management related issues and link objectives with individual performance. l Establish and timely review policies/standard operation procedures for compensation & benefits, staff relations and performance management related issues. l Plan and organise manpower of own team so as to utilise and recognise strength and ability of individuals, and ensure the adequacy. l Allocate, delegate and coordinate jobs among subordinates. l Daily lead, train and supervise subordinates to get the job done. l Control and monitor efficiency of own team to ensure maximum utilisation of resources and highest possible productivity. The Person: l Bachelor of human resources management. l 3 years experience in human resources management and/or compensation & benefits, staff relations and performance management practices. l Good analytical and communication skills. l Strong HR knowledge for employment/compensation ordinances of Hong Kong and Mainland 联系方式:
