HR Generalists dedicated to HQ to work with leaders to develop HR strategy and best implementation approach in line with business objectives within the HR strategy specified by KC China. This includes the areas of organization design, organization effectiveness, job design, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, leadership development etc.
Job Responsibilities :
Translates business strategy into HR strategy. And develop, lead and implement HR strategy and HR processes.
Provide HR support to annual budgeting process and ensure all headcount targets are managed appropriately.
Provide advice, counsel and strategic direction to Customer Business Directors and other Senior Managers
Ensure performance management process is well implemented and managed
Improve employee satisfaction/climate in department
Provides people selection, training, staff development and positive work environment to keep employee turnover at an appropriate level.
Provide employment law and employee relations’ advice and counsel to the Management
Analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of HR organizational structure and formulate appropriate measures to minimize or eliminate exposures.
Ensures effective communication with all departments to ensure that their people needs are met.
Manages all employee-related legal or “third-party” issues.
Qualifications :
Bachelor degree or the above with major in HR or related major;
5 to 10 years experience as a Human Resources Generalist, with a minimum 3 years managerial experience, preferably in a FMCG environment,
With sales background in FMCG is preferred
Good understanding of sales business and employee issues in a FMCG industry
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
Strong teamwork with an ability to interact with people from all functions and levels within the organization
With leadership quality / potentials.
Very good command of English and Mandarin skill, both verbal and written.
