Roles & Responsibilities

• Setup and maintain standard cost for manufacturing/toll-blending and Imported products in ERP system; ensure plant product cost complies with group PCTP policies (Product cost and transfer pricing policy) and standards
  
• Input and maintain master BOM formulations in ERP system on monthly basis to ensure that cost components and cost factors are correct. Make sure the simulation and freezing report are completed on time.
  
• Calculate Product Cost/Transfer Pricing (PCTP) data accurately and make sure it is submitted to relevant department on time.
  Work closely with China Supply Chain team to review and update TP rate in ERP system monthly; provide accounting supports to maintain MFG and logistic toolkit.
  
• Analyze cost under/over recovery on SKU basis and explain fluctuations of transfer prices to business partners.
  
• Check and post inventory vouchers and work orders in ERP system in time;
  
• Calculate plant overhead variance and post relevant adjusting entries during month end closing
  
• Perform inventory reconciliations at GL level for all warehouse branch plants at month end, prepare monthly inventory report of raw materials and Finish Goods;
  
• Prepare Sales & COGS report, financial KPI report and other ad hoc reports
  
• Assist and follow up in financial and operational audits
  
• Peform as a JDE Expert in costing for FC&A
  
• Other Ad-hoc FC&A Projects as required

Targets:

• Ensure accuracy of Costing data in the system, including understanding of all material cost movements
  
• No backlog on the costing processes

Limitations:

• The role will have delegated authority to enter accounting transactions related to cost accounting

Experiences:

• University graduate or above with major in accounting or economics;
  
• Minimum 5 years working experience in costing, accounting, reporting or control areas;
  
• Solid accounting knowledge, familiar with PRC GAAP & IFRS
  
• A professional accountancy qualification（CICPA, CIMA or ACCA, or an individual who is partly qualified and looking to continue there studies is a plus
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in excel skills
  
• Familiar with manufacturing costing is an advantage
  
• Familiar with ERP system (JDE is preferable)
  
• Knowledge of internal controls and process improvement experience are added advantages.
  
• Good command of English
