Job Title: Secretary / Admin Assistant (Contractor)
Location: Beijing , China
Job Level: Contractor
Job Type: Full time

Accountabilities:

  • Plan and organize appointments, meetings and teleconferences, and arrange the necessary support e.g. book venues, required equipment.
  • Plan and organize travel arrangements.
  • Plan company events.
  • Network with other Secretaries as applicable when arranging common events.
  • Order required material and services for office needs and process the i nvoices.
  • Administer cars and drivers
  • Prepare and manage office service contracts


Requirements:

  • Two to Three years experience as Secretary / Admin Assistant in a similar capacity is ideal.
  • Diploma above in Secretarial Studies or English Literature is ideal.
  • Fuent English and Mandarin.
  • Bias for action - does things before being asked to or forced to by events
  • Actively seeks out know-how and best practice, related to own area of contribution
  • Looks for ways to do things better, faster, more efficiently
