职位描述/要求:
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Serve as the frontline interface between BP and the customers to sell BP PTA products mainly in but not limited to South China.
· Be responsible for supporting marketing related functions such as short & long term forecasting, market studies, competitor activities, and contribute to the formation of sales and marketing strategies. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES
· Achieve sales targets as set in the annual performance plan.
· Work closely with external customers (mostly owners or decision makers) to conclude long-term contracts and ensure short-term regular offtake of PTA product; negotiate pricing and other operational issues. Also work with other industry players such as consultants, associations, etc. to understand the market dynamics. · Work internally with PTA Asia management on pricing and sourcing decisions, and formulate sales tactics in China. Also with product managers and logistic personnel to ensure punctual delivery of products to specified destinations as per contracts. · Negotiate with customers on price, volume and shipping schedules according to PTA Asia's guidelines and translate these inputs into the operating plan. · Develop new customers per the Business Plan · Together with the Market Managers and other Market Development Managers, help develop a market database to monitor industry changes, customer expansion and competitors' activities, etc. · Coordinate with accounting personnel and order processing personnel to monitor customers' receivables and credit exposure. · Build and maintain customer loyalty by being a reliable and credible supplier, enhanced by offering customer visit with operational and technical support. Handle customer complaints and problem solving. REQUIREMENTS
· University degree with major of marketing, business or finance. · Minimum 6 years working experience with consumer/trade marketing, previous experience in PTA will be an advantage. · Fluent in English and Mandarin, and preferably Cantonese. · Effective selling skills including the capability to probe, negotiate and secure orders. · Effective interpersonal skills enabling the incumbent to work comfortably with people at different levels, with different cultures both internally and externally. · Good product and market knowledge. · A positive working attitude to overcome difficulties and barriers and to create team value. 联系方式:
