Key Accountabilities/Results

• Administer daily cash flow transaction and funding plan in a professionally focused manner

o Monitoring daily revenue receipt, material cash inflows, exert tight control on cash outflow and assisting Tax and Treasury Manager to prepare Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Finance Reports.
o Handle daily funding and expenditure planning and allocation.
o Supervise all daily foreign exchange transactions.
o Deal with daily cash & banking a/c control and corporate card control.
o Coordinate and negotiate with lenders and shareholders, and oversee dynamic cash flow in respect of financing and investment, including loan draw down / repayment and capital injection.
o Supervise Accountant- cash & banking in daily job with coaching and support his/her development.
o Coordinate with related parties and provide support to BPCHC in handling banking & SAFE issue in Zhuhai.


• Monitor corporate strategic plans and routine treasury transaction compliant with governmental policy, execute internal control in align with BP Group and BPZ strategy, and maximize corporate tax benefit

o Ensure full compliance with Chinese treasury and banking regulation, and BP in-house standard as well.
o Organize and assist in the FOREX annual audit.
o Assist Treasury Manager in handling exceptional treasury business.
o Provide support to internal audit team as required and facilitate the improvement of financial skill of company staff
o Seek ways to optimize internal control upon corporate cash flow process and minimize capital cost.

• Maintain close communication network with BP Finance, local banks and SAFE.

o Enhance the relationship with local banks and SAFE, through meetings in various form, and help deliver funding – related info and request to those external parties.
o Support and assist the BP Finance Team in the implementation of the relevant business projects and jobs

Education & Experience

a. Educational background
• University degree, major in Finance or Accounting
• ACCA, CICPA preferred.

b. Experience
• 5 years finance working experience in MNCs.
• Rich experience on financial reporting and FOREX transactions

c. Others

• Strong language skills in both English and Chinese
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
• Good team player.
• Skilled with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
