职位描述/要求：
Accountabilities:
  • Implement PTA shipment delivered from main ports in East China to customers, and manages forwarding agents and services of East China nominated ports. Provide sufficient and clear shipping/delivery information to ensure effective communication to the related parties in product delivery to customers in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and process required shipment and inventory information in SAP and lead inventory-taking process. Optimize SAP SD (Logistics) in accordance with plant requirement.
  • Interact with barge owners, forwarding agents and customers to schedule arrival, loading and delivery of all packaged product.
  • Lead operational audit and inspection to service providers.
  • Be a champion in the safety of product delivery issues.
  • Manage service cost in barge owners, forwarding agents and monitor the cost occurred at port of East China.
Experience:
*The job holder should have work experiences in logistics or distribution.
*Experience in warehousing or transportation functions (preferably in the trucking industry is a plus)
*Knowledge of marine shipping process or operations.
*Background in SAP functionality considered a plus.
*Mandarin speaking is essential. Good English language skill in reading, writing and conversation is required.
*Microsoft office skill is required.
