Roles and Responsibilities
-Works with Maintenance Team Leaders to develop an optimal predictive maintenance plan.
-Execute condition analysis, equipment health diagnosis, provide information and propose required actions to operations and maintenance.

Principle Activities
-Develop and maintain an optimal predictive maintenance plan base on Common Maintenance Strategy.
-Select suitable techniques, such as infrared inspection, ultrasonic, eddy current inspection, etc. base on equipment category and criticality in the plant.
-Develop an overall plan to implement predictive maintenance.
-Develop an overall plan to implement predictive maintenance.
-Routinely check, record, and analyze equipment condition based on planned routings of vessels, piping, heat exchangers.
-Check, record, and analyze equipment condition when requested by operations and maintenance.
-Issue diagnostic report base on the analysis of collected data. Propose action plan to operation and maintenance for making decision.
-Work with RCFA Engineer, Mechanical Team Leaders and I&E Team Leaders to upgrade skill of condition diagnosis.
-Recommend opportunity for improvement of equipment reliability.
-Coordinate external vendor for supplemental resources.
-Work with government inspectors during turnarounds.
-Coordinates with government inspectors for obligatory inspection of boilers, pressure vessels, and special equipment when required.
-Reports any unsafe conditions and potential environmental protection problem.
-Reports any opportunities for improvement base on his knowledge, experience and lessons learned.
-Expected to undertake appropriate emergency response duties.
-Handles maintenance engineering

Competency
-College graduated majored in Engineering field.
-Minimum 3 years’ experience of static equipment (vessels, piping, heat exchangers, valves) inspection.
-Familiar with technique of condition monitoring and analysis.
-Familiar with instrument and equipment which are effectively applied for condition analysis.
-Good knowledge and experience in condition analysis.
-Good ability in planning.
-Good English language skill in reading, writing and conversation is required.
-Microsoft office skill is required.
-Other computer skill is preferable.
