PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To act as technical expertise to advise instruction/guideline on online analyzers.
To develop and implement maintenance methodology and innovative ideas to improve the overall effectiveness of online analyzers.
To monitor daily activities about online instruments

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

To develop and optimise predictive and preventative maintenance program for plant online analyzers.
To develop and optimise maintenance procedure in online discipline
To provide technical guidance and instruction to Online Instrument Associate.
To seek advanced online technology and drive application.
To lead performance evaluation, identify improvement opportunities and come up improvement actions for online analyzers.
To evaluate the lifetime of online analyzers, plan the replacement, and raise budget proposal.
To develop technical training program of Online discipline and ensure the delivery of training.
To plan and manage the availability of consumables, chemicals, and spare parts.
To perform other routine duties, like inspection, calibration, troubleshooting etc.
To strictly follows plant HSE policies and practices in his working area.
To be responsible for process/procedure development and implementation to meet IM standard requirement in online discipline.

CHALLENGES

The level of technical competence required considering the complexity and wide range knowledge.
High level of trouble shooting skill.
To train and guide Online Instrument Associate in his/her area.
Zero first aid case.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of Bachelor in Science or Engineering
Rich experience in lab/online analyzers work area in a petrochemical or chemical plant.
Good initiative and ability to learn new knowledge and skill.
Good personality to work with people from other department/groups.
Computer skills are preferable
Good English reading & writing ability is required
