职位描述/要求：

Major Job Scope
· Follows instructions from the board man to effectively operate the unit during normal operations and unit upsets
·nforms the board man of outside activities so he can generate the unit log during the shift
· On rotating basis operate control board
· Collect process samples in field
· Analyze samples in plant laboratory
· Helps updating operating procedures
· Provides and ensures safe working conditions in all areas for maintenance by putting it in an operating free mode
· Housekeeping in the unit
· Runs starting and stopping of the unit in the field per the start/stop procedures
· Follows standard operating procedures and executes routine operations in the field
· Follows emergency procedures in case of emergency
· Participates in the fire brigade as per the fire safety plan
· Rotates on a bimonthly basis to another area (section) so he covers whole the unit at least once a year
· Helps troubleshooting in case of reliability or process problems
· Performs maintenance as scheduled
· Reports any unsafe conditions and potential environmental protection problem.
· Reports any opportunities for improvement base on his knowledge, experience and lessons learned.
· Expected to undertake appropriate emergency response duties.

· 将现场的活动及时通知控制室并如实记录当班日志
· 定期轮换到控制室工作
· 现场取样
· 在化验室分析样品
· 及时更新操作规程
· 为在区域工作的人员提供安全的工作环境
· 装置的环境卫生
· 装置的开/停车(根据操作规程)
· 执行操作规程来处理日常工作
· 执行应急响应计划来处理应急事故
· 根据安全计划参与消防灭火工作
· 两月定期的区域轮换
· 及时参与工艺故障的排除以维持装置的可靠运行
· 根据计划执行维修保养
· 报告所有不安全的情况和环境保护问题
· 提出合理化建议
· 承担相应的应急响应责任
Requirements
l 3 years of experience in operating chemical unit.
l Associate degree in chemical engineering, mechanics, instrumentation& controls or electrical.
l Strong technical skills in multiple areas (mechanical, instrumentation/controls, electrical) are a big plus.
l Certified electrician is a big plus.
l Certified Boiler operator is a big plus.
l Laboratory analysis is also beneficial.
l Good English language skills in reading, writing, and speaking are a big plus.
