
职位描述/要求:
Position : HR Advisor
Job Type : Full - time , 3-6 month contract period
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the HR Operations and IM team to enable efficient and effective delivery of HR services to the business/function.
- Support delivery of the Business/Function resourcing and recruitment plan covering job posting, screening, interviewing and logistics arrangement and other staffing related activities (including support to graduate/internship program) Provide staffing progress report and maintain candidate files. Ensure operational excellence in staffing services to internal and external customers.
- Coordinate people issues in the BU/function and JV secondees covering staff transfers, expatriation and repatriation, promotions, and terminations in a timely manner.
- Track, analyze and report HR activities including learning and organizational development, performance management etc.
- Support SAP implementation during project phase in data preparation and training, and become a skilled end user post go-live.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree and have 3 years above work experience
- Operational expert, understands and utilizes basic HR processes
- Team player, contributes positively to teamwork
- Change facilitator, assists in the effective implementation of change strategies at the ground level
- Cultural advocate, upholds BP ' s cultural and diversity values
- Functional knowledge, solid skills in the areas of functional specialism within HR:
- A solid foundation of HR operational/generalist experience in HR Operations and Resourcing,
- Individual should have had exposure to demanding operational environments
- Experiences of working in cross culture environment
