JOB PURPOSE

To lead and supervise 3PL's team manage warehouse to ensure all stock in warehouse is well organized and managed, receiving and delivering finish goods in a planning and efficient manner. Ensure all the delivery actions of 3PL are within the company HSE and relevant policy.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Working with the logistic service providers, responsible for the day-to-day operations of finished products dispatching, receipting, storage & handling and transportation activities
• Co-ordination of logistics operations, programming, cost and HSSE aspects of Derivatives movement within SH primary distribution team
• Be responsible for tracking product movement to provide assurance on product delivery schedule, especially on bulk delivery and unloading operations at customer site;
• Monitoring and verifying payments to 3PL, Claims & demurrage management
• Engage, coach and audit the 3rd-party logistics service providers to achieve BP's HSSE standard requirements in all their operations
• To supervise 3PL and ensure they have a well warehouse management system to have a safety and clean environment in warehouse.
• To manage daily finish goods stock-in and stock-out, use first-in first-out principle.
• To contact with forwarder and deliver finished goods schedule to ensure a minimum lead time and a highest customer service level.
• To Response monthly and yearly stock counting to match the accuracy requirement of the company.
• To complete ISO 9000 documents of storage, delivery, loading and unloading etc.
• To Response the KPI report referred to warehouse management.
• To contribute to the computer system of JDE.
• Manage and monitor the performance of contractors.
• Push Golden Rules of depot operation
• Train 3PL staff to raise their awareness on HSE and service
• As a team leader communicate with toll blending plant and 2nd warehouse
• Able to anticipate and coordinate future requirements and make recommendations for the adjustment to the controlled pool of business to fit forward trading patterns.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to learn fast University degree preferred
• Experienced and knowledge in logistic operations and manufactory operations (pump transmitting ect.);
• Basic knowledge of chemical goods handling
• Good commercial aptitude
• A good team player
• Basic understanding of road transportation law is desirable
• Ability to work in rapidly changing environment, and prioritize duties accordingly
• Be able to work under pressure whilst paying attention to detail
• Self motivated individual who is able to work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to adapt to various situations, be able to understand problems, evaluate and make decisions quickly
• Good interpersonal skills, including self-confidence and resilience,when required to work in a pressurized environment
• Numeric, analytical and PC skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
