Responsibility:
1. Dealer management
a. Achieving Sales Target;
b. Communicating(business negotiation) with in charged dealer accounts(P-D-C-A) to acheive both of sell-in and sell-out; in accordance with the target of category, model, quantity and amount;
c. Taking dealers' orders and coordinating with related teams to complete sales process; Collect AR on schedule; Control and keep reasonable dealer inventory; Collect sales data, feedback of sales activities and market information; Continuously improving Sony's in-store-share in the dealer account;
2. Outlet management and sell-out activities
a. Planning for sell-out and shop front activities by outlet wise;
b. Instructing and controlling (P-D-C-A) Outlet Assistant Team and Promoter Team to acheive sell-out target, execute sell-out or sales promotion activities and continuously improve shop front display; Communicating with key outlets for shop front and sell-out activities;
3. Market development activities Executing channel, area or dealer network development activities; Managing in chrged areas or channel by reflecting company's products, channel, area or account strategies; Supporting all related AD
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, not limited to specific displinary.
2. At least 2 years working experience in sales.
3. Experience in multinational working environment, foreign funded chain store, supermarket will be preferred.
4. Good presentation, interpersonal, organizing and communication skills.
5. Qualified team player and be able to work under pressure.
6. Good command of both verbal and written English & Chinese.
7. Self-starter and being sensitive to numbers with strong logical mindset.
