职位描述/要求：
Com.: Sony Supply Chain Solutions ( Div.: Domestic Sales Logistics Div Responsibility: 1) Act as SSCS point person for Sales Distribution Dept, work with North China Sect team in identifying, describing and communicating regional objectives and goals. 2) Provide total Domestic Sales Logistics support, coaching and facilitation to SSCS management 3) Facilitate internal communication across SSCS. 4) Manage key change initiatives of logistics level of the North China Sect. 5) Handle talent management, improve abilities in logistics, high communicate with Consumer Sales and Marketing Co. 6) Drive the SSCS strategic implementation efforts in terms of process management, business strategy development; provide strategic advice for logistics strategy in Logistics Marketing field. 7) Drive new logistics initiatives to support the implementation of SSCS strategy and establish SSCS operation model to pursue operational excellence. Requirement: 1) Bachelor degree or above. 2) 2 years' working experience with strong logistics insight and expertise of general logistics management in multinational companies or internal famous logistics companies. 3) Good command of both verbal and written Chinese and English(Or Japanese); good command of MS office. 4) Ability to communicate with all levels of management and clients, and interact cross-functionally and cross-culturally. 5) Responsible, honest & committed; 6) Good team player, open minded, self-motivated and adapt to changes.
工作职责：
1) 遵从公司业务规则，实施华北区日常物流操作，以期达到公司的设定目标。
2) 运用公司专业，系统的方法管理华北区各地仓储及运输业务。
3) 运用优佳的人际关系，业务处理手段解决内外部客户日常的物流服务问题。
4) 不断学习新的物流知识，提高物流服务水平；运用改善的，多元的方法满足客户日益高涨的服务需求。
5) 利用积极，协作的态度处理公司内部事务；出色完成各类工作；提升公司业务质量，维护公司信誉。
任职资格：
1) 本科以上学历（含）。
2) 国内知名（或跨国）物流公司5年以上工作经验，具备较强的现场物流知识及第三方物流管理经验。
熟谙华北地区及京津两地陆运，空运市场价格体系和实际操作，同时具有多年现场仓库管理经验者优先考虑。
3) 良好的中英文（或日文）书写，口语能力（注：非必要条件。如具有外语能力证书，可出具）。熟练操作办公 软件。
4) 出色的语言表达能力；优异的沟通，协调能力；善于应对各类复杂变化，勇于面对困难；工作积极主动，勤于思考，善于提出个人见解与主张。
5) 性格外向，积极乐观；个性稳重，诚实，大度；处事认真，细致；待人诚恳。
